Kaizen Casas is the direct booking site operated by Kaizen Property Management LLC, a Texas limited liability company (the words “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to this entity). This policy explains what we collect when you visit kaizencasas.com, inquire about a stay, or book one of our properties, and what we do with it.

Information We Collect

Booking and inquiry information you give us: name, email address, phone number, arrival and departure dates, number of guests and pets, and any comments you send us.
Payment information, which is handled by our booking and payment providers. We do not store full payment card numbers.
Site usage data: pages viewed, referring page, approximate location, browser and device type, collected through analytics cookies.

How We Use It

To answer your inquiry and to confirm, manage, and service your reservation.
To send you booking and property information, such as confirmations, check-in instructions, access details, and information about the home during your stay.
To keep records required for tax, accounting, and legal purposes.
To understand how the site is used and improve it.

Text Messaging (SMS)

If you opt in, we send text messages to guests about their booking and about property information. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and service providers strictly necessary to deliver the messages you have asked to receive.

Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies to operate the site and to measure traffic through Google Analytics. You can manage non-essential cookies through the consent banner shown on your first visit, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Who We Share Information With

We share information only with the providers needed to run the business, and only to the extent they need it:

Our booking and property management platform, which processes reservations and guest communication.
Our payment processor, to take payment.
Our analytics provider, to measure site traffic.
Law enforcement or regulators, where we are legally required to.

We do not sell your personal information.

How Long We Keep It

We keep booking records for as long as needed to service your stay and to meet our tax, accounting, and legal obligations. Inquiry records that never become bookings are kept for a limited period and then removed.

Your Choices

Text messages: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them.
Access or deletion: email us at admin@kaizencasas.com and we will respond as required by applicable law.
Marketing email: use the unsubscribe link in any message.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the effective date above and post the revised policy here.
